Takeaway restaurant websites from $117 a month, live in 7 days

Three plans from $117 a month plus a $647 one-time build fee, with weekly updates, researched articles and managed hosting.

Why the site matters

Five ways a weak site costs orders

  • A menu that lives in a PDF nobody can update on a busy Friday.
  • Every online order paying a cut to a delivery app.
  • A delivery zone nobody actually configured.
  • A slow site that loses the order to whichever app is one tap away.
  • A site that has not changed since the day it launched.

Speed

Fast is a guarantee, not a hope

  • Every page custom coded, no page-builder plugin weight
  • 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed, mobile and desktop
  • Served from Cloudflare's global edge network

Visibility

Built to be found, not just launched

  • A real page per location, not one shared address block
  • Researched articles publishing on a fixed weekly schedule
  • Schema markup matched to menu, FAQ and location pages

The build fee

Why it is charged after, not before

The $647 one-time build fee is invoiced only once your site is live and you have approved it. You are never paying up front for a site you have not seen. It covers the design, the menu build, the ordering flow and the onboarding call, and it is a one-time charge, not repeated on renewal.

Domain and hosting

Both included, never itemised

One domain is registered in your name for as long as the plan is active, or we point an existing one at your new site. Hosting runs on Cloudflare with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, all inside the monthly fee with no separate invoice.

Cancellation and refunds

The facts, stated plainly

  • Cancel by email, at least 2 business days before your next invoice date.
  • Business hours are 9:00 to 17:00 Central, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.
  • All sales are final, except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days.
  • The build fee is charged only after you have approved your live site.

Common questions before buying

What people ask before they start

What if I want to leave later?

You can, with 2 business days notice before your next invoice date. Your domain transfers to you at no charge, since it was always registered in your name.

What if my kitchen is too small for a "full website"?

Order Starter is built for exactly this: one kitchen, one menu, ordering and hosting, without the AI or Content Engine you do not need yet.

What if the AI Engine gives out wrong information?

It only answers from the facts you provide about your kitchen, and it never gives food safety, allergen or nutrition advice. Anything outside that scope routes to a human.

Pricing FAQ

What do I actually get for the monthly fee?

A full website built for a takeaway, delivery or fast casual kitchen: a menu that reads clearly, ordering that stays on your own site, delivery zone and pickup time pages, managed hosting, and weekly researched articles. Plans start at $117 a month, with a $647 one-time build fee invoiced only after your site is live and you have approved it.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on Order Starter, 10 on Order Engine while the AI Engine is trained on your menu and policies, and 15 on Full Kitchen with the Content Engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the form is in, the sooner you are live.

Can the site handle both delivery and pickup, or just one?

Both. The ordering flow asks the customer to choose delivery or pickup upfront and shows the correct time estimate, minimum order and any delivery zone restriction for whichever they pick, rather than treating every order the same way.

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. A new menu item, an updated combo price, a different photo, a new delivery zone: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Rebuild our whole menu page and add three new combos" is one revision, not four. 5 are included every month. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days, whatever the size.

How do I actually request a change?

Raise it in your client portal. You describe the change, attach anything we need, and it lands with the team as a tracked request so you can see where it is. You can also email us or reply to any thread with our team, and we log it for you. Unused revisions do not roll over to the next month.

Can you update the menu the same day prices change at the counter?

A menu update is a normal revision and is completed within 2 to 5 working days, not weeks. If you need same-day handling for something time-sensitive, such as an item selling out, mention that in the request and we prioritize accordingly.

What does the AI Engine actually do for a restaurant?

On Order Engine and Full Kitchen, the AI Engine answers the questions your site gets asked most, such as delivery hours, catering lead time or whether an item is available today, using the facts you give us about your kitchen. It also drafts review replies for your approval, so a busy shift never means a review sits unanswered for a week.

Does the AI Engine give food safety or allergen advice?

No. We are a website design and management company, not a food safety authority, and the AI Engine never gives food safety, allergen or nutrition advice on your behalf. Any question that touches those topics is routed to a human answer you control.

Is hosting an extra cost?

No. Hosting is included in the monthly fee and never billed separately. Your site runs on Cloudflare's global network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included. There is no hosting invoice, no SSL renewal, no bandwidth overage and no surprise line item in month four.

What happens if the site goes down during a dinner rush?

Uptime, platform updates and security patches are handled on our side as part of the plan. If something needs urgent attention, raise it in your client portal and it is treated as a priority ticket rather than queued behind routine revisions.

Do I have to pay for a domain?

No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, so you own it outright. If you already have a domain we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for people who know your current address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send the domain and we transfer it at no charge.

Can you point an existing domain instead of giving us a new one?

Yes. If you already have a domain, we point it at your new site during launch and your current address keeps working for anyone who has bookmarked it, printed it on packaging or shared it on social media.
