That is a fixed calendar date, not a timer that restarts when you reload this page. Order on or before it and the $647 build fee invoice is never raised. After it, the fee goes back to being invoiced once your site is live, exactly as the pricing page describes.
Nothing else about the offer changes on that date. Monthly prices are the same before and after.

Every online order used to need a call back to ask about sauce. The sauce and heat choices are part of checkout now, so the basket that comes through is the basket the customer wanted.

Questions people ask on this page
What exactly is waived, and what still gets charged?
The $647 one-time build fee is waived on any order placed on or before December 31, 2026. Monthly plan prices are not discounted and do not change: Order Starter stays at $117 a month, Order Engine stays at $247 a month plus AI usage, Full Kitchen stays at $597 a month.
The build fee was only invoiced after launch anyway, so what does this actually save me?
$647 that you would have been invoiced once your site was live and you had approved it. That invoice simply does not get raised. It is money off the total cost of your first year, not a discount on the payment you make today.
What is charged when I place the order?
The first month of the plan you pick, from $117, paid by card through our secure Stripe checkout when you order. The plan is a monthly subscription, so it renews each month from that date. That payment starts the plan and puts your build in the queue. The one-time build fee is not charged at checkout, and there is no deposit on top.
How soon is my site live?
7 days on Order Starter, 10 on Order Engine while the AI Engine is trained on your menu and policies, and 15 on Full Kitchen with the Content Engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner your form is in, the sooner you are live.
What do I have to send you after I order?
The onboarding form asks for your menu, delivery zones or coverage area, brand, domain and where orders should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. Submit it even if something is missing: the rest can follow by email or as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build.
Can I change plan after I have started?
Yes. Order Engine and Full Kitchen include everything in Order Starter, so moving up adds the AI Engine or the Content Engine to a site that is already live rather than starting again. Your build fee stays waived either way.
Is the first month refundable if I change my mind?
No. All sales are final, including monthly fees and extra revisions. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. To stop the next invoice, email us at least 2 business days before your renewal date.
What happens when the waiver ends?
On December 31, 2026 the $647 one-time build fee goes back to being invoiced after launch, exactly as it is described on the pricing page. Monthly prices are unaffected either way, and orders placed before that date keep the waiver.
