Ordering on your own domain
Checkout happens on a page you control, not handed off to a third party.
A restaurant online ordering website works when the checkout happens on a page you control, because that is what gives you the customer's details and a repeat order path a third-party app never hands back.
What it costs

Who this is for
This page is for an owner who has done the arithmetic on commission and wants a channel of their own. You are not trying to leave the delivery apps, necessarily. You are trying to stop paying a share on the regulars who would have come to you anyway.
Owned ordering means the item selection, modifiers, delivery or pickup choice and payment all happen on your own domain, connected directly to the CRM, point-of-sale or spreadsheet your kitchen uses to fulfill orders. It does not mean removing other channels; most restaurants run owned ordering alongside delivery apps and phone orders, not instead of them.
Every field in the ordering flow earns its place, because each extra step between "hungry" and "ordered" is a chance to lose the sale. We build the checkout mobile first, with modifiers and combo pricing calculated correctly and a confirmation state the customer actually sees.
An order does not just sit on a webpage; it is routed to wherever your kitchen actually works from, whether that is a point-of-sale system, a kitchen display, a CRM or a notification to a phone. We scope this connection during onboarding based on what you already use.
What is included
All of it inside the monthly plan. Nothing below is quoted separately or billed by the hour.
What is not included
If one of these is the thing you actually need, say so on the call. We would rather point you somewhere else than sell you a plan that does not fit.
The signs
Checkout happens on a page you control, not handed off to a third party.
Built for the phone a hungry customer is actually holding.
The total shown always matches what your kitchen would charge.
Orders sent to your point-of-sale, kitchen display or CRM by API, Zapier or Make.
So a customer knows their order was actually received.
Menu, pricing and modifier changes turned around within the plan's standard timeframe.
How the work is done
About fifteen minutes of form, then a call where we fill the gaps and agree the launch date. The launch clock starts at the call, not at purchase.
Menu sections, modifiers, zones, locations and the ordering path are agreed first, because that is what the design has to serve.
Every page custom coded and checked against the 90+ PageSpeed target on mobile and desktop. You see it and say what is wrong before anyone else does.
Live in 7 days on Order Starter. After that: articles, revisions and technical checks every week, and the build fee invoiced only once you have approved the site.
What drives the work
You pay the plan price whatever your kitchen looks like. These are the things that decide how much of the first two weeks we spend on structure, and they are worth thinking about before the onboarding call.
Plans start at $117 a month with a $647 one-time build fee invoiced only after launch. See all three plans.
From a kitchen like yours
We have more than one contact point, and the old takeaway ordering page never said which applied where. Inquiries arrive at the right office already labelled, no internal relay required. Simpler for visitors, and much simpler for whoever covers the phone.

Guarantees
Every line below is in the terms and conditions, not just on this page. If a claim only exists in marketing copy, it is not a guarantee.
We guarantee a Google PageSpeed score of 90+ on mobile and desktop for pages we build and host. If a page falls below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge.
The terms commit to your site starting to rank for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch. If it has not, we continue the search work at no additional charge until it does.
The $647 one-time build fee is not taken at signup. It is invoiced once your site is live and you have said you are happy with it, which is why it is not refundable afterwards.
5 revisions a month are included and a revision has no size limit. After the fifth, each is a flat $20. Everything is completed within 2 to 5 working days.
Your domain is registered in your name, and if you leave you tell us where to send it and we transfer it at no charge. On cancellation we provide an export of your content and articles within 14 days.
By email, before your next invoice date. No lock-in period, no exit fee, no clause that keeps billing you for a site you asked us to stop.
The limits are stated too: neither guarantee covers changes you or a third party make, content published against our advice, or rankings for terms outside your area. Neither entitles you to a refund. The remedy is the corrective work, done at our cost.
Be fair about it
There are cheaper ways to have a website and better ways to spend money than on us, depending on your kitchen. We wrote ten comparisons that say so out loud, including the cases where you should stay exactly where you are.
Every page names what the other option is genuinely better at, and how the two can work together.
No. Most restaurants run owned ordering on their own site alongside delivery apps and phone orders. The goal is to make your own site the easiest place to order from, not to remove other channels.
Most point-of-sale systems, kitchen displays and CRMs that support API access, Zapier or Make can be connected. Tell us what you use during onboarding and we scope the specific integration.
Yes. The pricing logic is built to reflect base item, modifiers, sides and combo upgrades, so the total at checkout matches what your kitchen would charge in person.
The checkout checks the address against your configured delivery zone before the order is confirmed, so an out-of-zone order is caught before it reaches the kitchen.
No. The plan is a monthly fee. Your payment processor charges its own fees, and nothing about our ordering flow takes a share of a ticket.
Most kitchens do, and we would not tell you to switch off a channel that works. The goal is to make your own site the easiest place to order, so the regulars drift to the cheapest channel you have.
Wherever you tell us during onboarding: a point-of-sale system, a kitchen printer, a tablet, an email address. We connect to what your team already watches during service.
The customer sees a clear failure state with a way to retry or call you, and the kitchen does not get a phantom ticket. Order terms on the site explain acceptance and refunds in plain words.
