Restaurant website templates as a starting point, not the finished site

A restaurant website template speeds up the starting point of a build, but every template we use is rebuilt around your actual menu, pricing and delivery area before it goes live, so no two client sites look interchangeable.

What it costs

  • Plans$117 a month
  • Build fee$647, after launch
  • Live in7 days

Who this is for

Is this page describing your kitchen?

This page is for an owner who wants to see something before they commit. Fair enough: nobody should buy a website from a description. What we show are starting points for a kitchen like yours, and what you get is one of them built around your menu rather than a theme you have to fill in.

What a template actually gives you

A template establishes a proven page structure, homepage sections in an order that tends to convert, a menu layout, an ordering flow placement, so we are not deciding basic architecture from zero on every build. That is a head start on structure, not a shortcut on content: every dish, price and photo on the site is specific to your kitchen.

Why the finished site looks like yours

Colors, fonts, radius and every photo are swapped to your brand, and the menu structure is adjusted to the dishes you actually serve rather than a generic set. Two restaurants that started from the same template end up with sites that read as unrelated once menus, delivery zones and copy are in place.

Faster launch without a generic result

Starting from a proven structure is part of how a launch happens in as few as 7 days rather than starting page architecture decisions from a blank canvas. The time saved on structure goes into the parts that actually matter to your customers: the specific menu, the delivery zones and the pricing that reflects your real numbers.

What is included

What you actually get, line by line

All of it inside the monthly plan. Nothing below is quoted separately or billed by the hour.

  • A starting layout chosen for your kind of kitchen, then designed around your actual menu
  • Your colours, type and photography applied consistently across every page
  • The same page architecture regardless of which starting point you like: menu, ordering, zones, locations
  • A design system so later pages match without a redesign
  • Light and dark, and every breakpoint from a small phone to a desktop
  • A walk-through of the layout on a call before anything is built

What is not included

The things we will not pretend to do

  • Selling you a template file to build yourself.
  • Unlimited design exploration. We agree a direction and then build it.
  • Copying another restaurant's site, which is both bad practice and legally risky.

If one of these is the thing you actually need, say so on the call. We would rather point you somewhere else than sell you a plan that does not fit.

The signs

Four things that mean it is time

  • You have been sent a link to a template marketplace and could not tell what you were looking at.
  • Every option you have seen is a restaurant site, not a takeaway site.
  • You want to know what the menu page looks like before anything else.
  • You need to show a business partner something concrete.

What lands in the build

  • A proven page structure

Homepage sections and page architecture based on what converts for this niche.

  • Your brand applied throughout

Colors, fonts and radius specific to your business, not the template default.

  • Content written for your actual menu

Every dish, combo and price built from what you really serve.

  • A faster path to launch

Structure decisions already made, so more time goes into your specific content.

  • The same revision process after launch

A template start does not limit how the site can grow afterward.

How the work is done

Four steps, and what you do at each one

  1. 1

    Onboarding form and one call

About fifteen minutes of form, then a call where we fill the gaps and agree the launch date. The launch clock starts at the call, not at purchase.

  2. 2

    Structure before decoration

Menu sections, modifiers, zones, locations and the ordering path are agreed first, because that is what the design has to serve.

  3. 3

    Build and review

Every page custom coded and checked against the 90+ PageSpeed target on mobile and desktop. You see it and say what is wrong before anyone else does.

  4. 4

    Launch, then the weekly work

Live in 7 days on Order Starter. After that: articles, revisions and technical checks every week, and the build fee invoiced only once you have approved the site.

What drives the work

The price is fixed. This is what changes the effort

You pay the plan price whatever your kitchen looks like. These are the things that decide how much of the first two weeks we spend on structure, and they are worth thinking about before the onboarding call.

  • How much brand material already exists to work from
  • Menu complexity, which drives the layout work more than page count does
  • The number of locations and the differences between them

Plans start at $117 a month with a $647 one-time build fee invoiced only after launch. See all three plans.

From a kitchen like yours

One operator, one specific change

  • The reporting for takeaway ordering is something I can genuinely use. Submissions carry their originating page, so content and inquiries can finally be compared. It establishes honest measurement without pretending to prove results.

Guarantees

The promises that are actually in the contract

Every line below is in the terms and conditions, not just on this page. If a claim only exists in marketing copy, it is not a guarantee.

  • 90+ PageSpeed, in writing

We guarantee a Google PageSpeed score of 90+ on mobile and desktop for pages we build and host. If a page falls below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge.

  • Local rankings inside 3 to 5 months

The terms commit to your site starting to rank for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch. If it has not, we continue the search work at no additional charge until it does.

  • The build fee is invoiced after you approve the site

The $647 one-time build fee is not taken at signup. It is invoiced once your site is live and you have said you are happy with it, which is why it is not refundable afterwards.

  • No hourly billing, ever

5 revisions a month are included and a revision has no size limit. After the fifth, each is a flat $20. Everything is completed within 2 to 5 working days.

  • The domain and your content stay yours

Your domain is registered in your name, and if you leave you tell us where to send it and we transfer it at no charge. On cancellation we provide an export of your content and articles within 14 days.

  • Cancel with 2 business days notice

By email, before your next invoice date. No lock-in period, no exit fee, no clause that keeps billing you for a site you asked us to stop.

The limits are stated too: neither guarantee covers changes you or a third party make, content published against our advice, or rankings for terms outside your area. Neither entitles you to a refund. The remedy is the corrective work, done at our cost.

Questions about restaurant website templates

Will my site look like a copy of another client's site?

No. Colors, photos, copy and your specific menu are all built around your business, so the finished sites read as unrelated even when they started from the same structural template.

Can we request changes to the template structure itself?

Yes. The template is a starting point, not a constraint. If a section does not fit how your restaurant runs, we adjust or remove it during the build.

Do templates cost extra?

No. Using a proven starting structure is part of the standard build process on every plan and is not billed as an add-on.

Can I see example designs before the build starts?

The templates page shows current designs when they are available. Until then, a live demo walks through a build for your kind of restaurant on your screen.

Will our site look like every other site you build?

No. The starting points share structure, because the structure is what works for ordering, but the design is built around your brand, your menu and your photography.

Can we see a real site you have built?

Book a demo and we walk through the build on screen against your kind of menu. That is more useful than a gallery, because you can ask questions about your own dishes.

What if we do not like the first design?

You approve the design before launch and revisions are included every month, so the first version is a draft rather than a final answer. The build fee is invoiced only after you approve the live site.

Do we own the design?

You own your domain, your content and your photography. The code and design system we produce stay ours, which is what keeps this a monthly price rather than a bespoke project fee.

See it built for your business

A live walk-through of the site you would get, in about 30 minutes. Plans from $117 a month, the $647 build fee invoiced only after launch, domain and hosting included.
